Electronics Packaging

Electronic parts and circuit board packaging must assure cleanliness and protect the parts during movements both within the factory and during shipment outside the plant. The packaging must also prevent damage resulting from electrostatic discharge. 

tFom has the experience and processes to deliver your custom packaging on time and conforming to your needs.

The first question that must be addressed is the conductivity requirements.  Once you specify the surface conductivity, we will manufacture trays to meet those requirements; whether the material is ESD, Static Dissipative, Anti-Static, or Conductive.

Anti-static PX

low cost, clear, high strength, made from recycled material, easily curbside recyclable. Recycling resin ID code # 1

Anti-static HDPE

Highly versatile. Good corrosion resistance. High strength to density ratio. Easily curbside recyclable. Recycling resin code #2

Conductive HDPE

Same properties as Antistatic HDPE

Anti-Static PVC

Highly durable, reusable, ability to steam sanitize due to high temperature tolerance. Recycling resin ID code 3.

Conductive HIPS

Lowest cost option. Good choice for parts trays and shipping trays. Recycling resin ID code 6.
*Materials can range from .010″ thickness to .060″ thickness
